It is very important that if you're injured on someone else's property that you report the accident and the injury to the owner of that property, or the management. It's also important, if possible, to get photos. What I mean by photos, is I mean any photos at all that show the actual condition that caused you to fall, as well as the area, how it looked after the fall occurred because later on it will be disputed as to what caused you to fall. Often times the people who do not preserve the evidence have a harder time proving their case.
